Our Story

13 Years. Hundreds of Projects. One Core Truth.

In 2011, I started my journey in project management. Back then, I thought success was about the perfect Gantt chart and a rigid checklist.

I was wrong.

Over the last 13 years, I’ve managed multi-million dollar portfolios, led cross-functional teams through high-stakes pivots. What I’ve learned is that projects don't fail because of a lack of tools—they fail because of a lack of alignment, communication, and adaptability.

The Evolution of an Expert

My career hasn't just been about checking boxes; it’s been an evolution:

  • The Early Years: Mastering the fundamentals of PMP and Scrum methodologies across Automotive, IT, and Food processing industries

  • The Mid-Career Shift: Realizing that the most elegant process is useless if the team doesn't buy into it. I began focusing on the "human element" of technical execution.

  • The Consulting Chapter: Today, I use that decade-plus of "battle scars" to help companies avoid the pitfalls I’ve already navigated. I don’t just offer advice; I offer a shortcut to maturity.
